I can't believe that there's talk of changing some of the words to the Canadian National Anthem. Honestly....Untwist your nickers please!!!
The hubby & I were talking about it..& we figure that the only change that could or should be made to the offending line ("True patriot love in all thy
sons command."), is the simple addition of an apostrophe. With the inclusion of this unassuming punctuation; it would (in our opinion) make reference to God's son, Jesus Christ. ("True patriot love in all
thy son's command.") I think that's what I thought it meant anyway.
I dunno.....Just a thought, but I'm sure that (as per usual) my opinion only matters to me....I just
PRAY that "God keep(s) our land glorious and free."
